The future needs experience
Successful company histories often begin with a strong, innovative idea. From the very beginning, our focus has been on customer satisfaction and product quality. Riebl-Siebdruck was one of the first German screen printing companies to be certified under the quality management standard ISO 9000. Over time, Riebl-Siebdruck evolved into a system supplier for the industry.
2020-2022
TOP 100 Innovator 2022 celebrates its 45th anniversary. RIEBL-Siebdruck GmbH has once again been recognized as one of the TOP innovators in the medium-sized businesses. The award was presented by Ranga Yogeshwar. Additionally, in 2022, we were honored with a Gold award for our exceptional contributions to environmental protection by Minister of Environment, Thorsten Glauber.
TOP Education! In the years 2020 and 2022, RIEBL-Siebdruck produced the national champions. Nico G. and Fabian K. are Germany’s best screen printing media technologists.
2015-2020
In 2020, the company was handed over from Hannes Riebl to the successors Joana Harrer-Riebl and Florian Harrer.
During the same year, the Federal Employment Agency featured the training for Media Technologist (Screen Printing) with images from the exemplary company RIEBL-Siebdruck under the „Berufenet“ section.
A TV team from BR (Bayerischer Rundfunk) created a film about the training for Media Technologist (Screen Printing) at Riebl-Siebdruck, which was broadcasted under the title „Ich mach’s“ on May 7, 2018. Here is the video link.
In 2017, Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel and Bavarian Minister of Economic Affairs Ilse Aigner visited the RIEBL-Siebdruck GmbH booth at the IHM.
RIEBL-Siebdruck received the TOP Innovator award for the first time in 2016 and was honored with the Bavarian Quality Award in 2015, which further emphasizes our high quality standards.
2010-2015
In 2015, the company underwent a transformation. The sole proprietorship of Hannes Riebl, RIEBL-Siebdruck, was converted into RIEBL-Siebdruck GmbH, with Hannes Riebl as the Managing Director and Florian Harrer as the successor.
The introduction of a sustainability management system in collaboration with the „Bayerisches Landesamt für Umwelt“ (Bavarian State Office for the Environment) and the „Bayerisches Staatsministerium für Umwelt und Verbraucherschutz“ (Bavarian State Ministry for the Environment and Consumer Protection) began in 2014.
In 2013, Hannes Riebl took over the interim chairmanship of the vdmb, a German association for machinery and plant engineering.
RIEBL-Siebdruck received the „Umweltpakt Bayern“ (Bavarian Environmental Pact) award in 2012 for its commitment to the environment. The recognition was presented by the Bavarian State Minister for the Environment and Health, Dr. M. Huber.
In 2011, RIEBL-Siebdruck was certified with the environmental management standard ISO 14001:2004.
In 2012, the company was honored with the international „FESPA AWARD“ in Gold for technical screen printing.
2009-2003
In 2009, RIEBL-Siebdruck was nominated for the „Bayerischer Printmedienpreis“ (Bavarian Print Media Award).
In 2008, RIEBL-Siebdruck received the Prevention Award from BG Druck und Papier for integrating occupational health and safety into their quality and environmental management.
In 2007, the company was honored with the Bavarian Quality Award by the Bavarian State Government, presented by Minister Erwin Huber. In 2006, RIEBL-Siebdruck received the „Umweltpakt Bayern“ (Bavarian Environmental Pact) certificate.
In 2005, RIEBL-Siebdruck was recognized internationally with a FESPA-Award in Gold and Bronze.
Hannes Riebl was elected as the Deputy Chairman of the Verband Druck und Medien Bayern (Association of Print and Media, Bavaria) in 2005.
In 2003, Joana Riebl joined the management team of the company.
2000-1993
In the year 2000, RIEBL-Siebdruck received a certificate for exemplary environmental protection and was honored by the former Minister of the Environment.
In 1999, the company implemented the EMAS environmental management system at its location.
In 1995, RIEBL-Siebdruck’s high quality was acknowledged with the Bavarian Quality Award by the Bavarian State Government, presented by Minister Otto Wiesheu.
In 1994, the company was certified according to DIN ISO 9001, becoming the first screen printing company in the vdmb to receive this certification.
In 1993, Hannes Riebl was elected to the main board and T+F in the bvdm and was also elected as Deputy Federal Master of the Federal Guild for Screen Printing Crafts.
1992-1977
In 1992, Hannes Riebl was elected as the section chairperson for screen printing in the vdmb.
In 1990, Hannes Riebl was honored with the „Svecia-Preis“ for his contributions to the German screen printing industry.
In 1989, the company expanded its production area to 2000 m². Additionally, two patent applications for RIEBL-Color-Relief and RIEBL-Color-Struc were submitted in the same year.
In 1983, a new company building was constructed.
In 1977, Meta and Hannes Riebl founded the sole proprietorship RIEBL-Siebdruck-Graphik, and two years later, the company became a member of the „Verband Druck und Medien Bayern“ (Association of Printing and Media, Bavaria).
